Celebrate Exceptional Acts of Care at UNCG
UNCG employees have a long-standing reputation for their dedication to volunteering and service. Have you witnessed a UNCG employee caught in the act of caring? The Staff Senate invites nominations for employees who exemplify kindness, thoughtfulness, helpfulness, or consideration in their daily actions.
Nomination Criteria
Recognize individuals whose contributions embody one or more of the following values:
- Devotion to Duty – Exceptional dedication and unselfish commitment beyond the standard expectations of their role.
- Innovation – Creative and impactful initiatives that enhance work methods, practices, or departmental plans, aligning with the University’s mission.
- Service – Remarkable contributions through active involvement in committees or representing UNCG in civic or professional organizations.
- Human Relations – Significant achievements in fostering positive employee-management relations or promoting an inclusive, supportive working and learning environment.
- Other Outstanding Achievements – Recognizing contributions that defy categorization, including acts of safety, heroism, or other extraordinary efforts that go above and beyond the call of duty.
